Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, management consulting, or an equivalent role.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Proven experience mentoring and managing high performers.
  • Expertise in digital advertising product development and go-to-market strategies, with an understanding of direct response digital advertisers in the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, understanding, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for key products within the lead generation portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, and Marketing.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to introduce innovative advertising experiences to market.
  • Conduct foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, size opportunities, and address unmet needs through stakeholder discussions.
  • Represent the advertiser's perspective and oversee alpha and beta testing processes.
  • Create go-to-market strategies with compelling advertiser value propositions, marketplace positioning, and supportive external enablement and proof points.
  • Guide and support a team of Product Marketers focused on both inbound and outbound product marketing.
  • Mentor and coach high-performing team members to foster excellence.
