Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing in a BtoB or a fast-growing startup
  • Experience in increasing a site's authority score (backlink policy and implementation, technical aspects of the website, etc.) would be appreciated
  • The ability to analyze data, adjust strategies accordingly, and demonstrate an impact. You always start with data to prioritize your actions and optimize performance.
  • Solid knowledge of digital tools and levers (SEA, social ads, Linkedin, webflow);
  • Able to perform SQL queries and extract, analyze and use data from our tools (GA4, metabase) in an autonomous way.
  • Expert and autonomous in the use of marketing automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and have an in-depth understanding of CRM logic (object-based, structure, workflows, segmentation)
  • Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously, to coordinate different internal and external experts, and to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Autonomous and leadership, able to lead growth sprints and align stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Explore and analyze the data
  • Audit the performance of acquisition channels, identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
  • Set up and optimize tracking dashboards (traffic, conversion, engagement, SQL skills).
  • Deep dive into data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion.
  • Improve the website's authority score and boost our SEO through technical and content optimizations.
  • Define a scalable process to streamline the creation of backlinks with partners and customers.
  • Clean & segment the marketing base, for more accurate nurturing and scoring.
  • Optimize acquisition & nurturing campaigns (emailing, ads, automation...) to maximize the generation of qualified leads.
  • Optimize LPs for conversion.
  • Increase the volume of webinar registrations and optimize participation and conversion rates.
  • Integral view of the funnel with a strong focus on acquisition up to the follow-up of leads with BDRs.
  • Implement a test & learn process, with optimization sprints on key KPIs.
  • A/B test landing pages, content, nurturing sequences and call-to-actions on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to align growth actions with business objectives.
