- Facilitate deposit payments and refunds with finance.
- Develop relationships with vendors and hotel brands, and attend industry events.

- Utilize event tracking tools for up-to-date status.
- Keep event team on track for decision-making processes and event launches.
- Communicate changes accurately with the events team.
