Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of housing experience in hotels or B2B events.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive).
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
  • Solution-oriented and creative mindset.
  • Client services and hospitality mindset required.
Responsibilities:
  • Main event contact for housing pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
  • Act as liaison between internal event teams, attendees, sponsors, and hotels.
  • Set up booking links on event website and monitor performance.
  • Build event tracking tools to adhere to deadlines.
  • Keep event team on track for due dates and reservations.
  • Create and submit rooming lists and set up billing.
  • Work with sponsors on subblocks and catering requests.
  • Monitor daily changes and potential issues during the event.
  • Reconcile final sleeping room bill and arrange commission payments.
  • Provide accurate customer support during all phases.
  • Assist with hotel-related needs and sourcing future events.
