Requirements:
- BS/BA degree.
- Minimum 2 years of housing experience in hotels or B2B events.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive).
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
- Solution-oriented and creative mindset.
- Client services and hospitality mindset required.
Responsibilities:
- Main event contact for housing pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
- Act as liaison between internal event teams, attendees, sponsors, and hotels.
- Set up booking links on event website and monitor performance.
- Build event tracking tools to adhere to deadlines.
- Keep event team on track for due dates and reservations.
- Create and submit rooming lists and set up billing.
- Work with sponsors on subblocks and catering requests.
- Monitor daily changes and potential issues during the event.
- Reconcile final sleeping room bill and arrange commission payments.
- Provide accurate customer support during all phases.
- Assist with hotel-related needs and sourcing future events.
