Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competence to build rapport with clients based on trust
• Willingness to obtain Life, health and Accident license (Life License Qualification Program) if not already certified
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with digital communication technologies
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to address their final expense insurance needs
• Provide clear and accurate information about various life insurance products available
• Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their insurance options
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust and respect
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and ethical practices in all client interactions
