Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-performing team: Develop and mentor a team of product marketers specializing in content and collaboration, fostering a culture of excellence through effective hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of content and collaboration solutions across the organization.
  • Empower the field: Equip sales teams with the resources they need to effectively position and sell content and collaboration solutions, including compelling sales narratives, demos, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
  • Champion customer needs: Be a passionate advocate for customers seeking content and collaboration solutions, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Fuel global growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the reach and impact of Smartsheet's content and collaboration solutions globally, driving adoption and market leadership.
  • Embrace innovation: Continuously explore new approaches and innovative strategies to optimize product marketing efforts and drive growth in the content and collaboration space.
