Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and BlackLine reconciliation tools
• Experience in payments, fintech, and cash management at scale.
• Familiarity with accounting terminology and frameworks

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of the existing team of 3 with a view to building a large team as we scale globally.
• Develop and maintain high quality reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.
• Assist with the implementation and maintain treasury management systems.
• Prepare regular treasury reports and analysis for management.
• Participate in treasury-related projects and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with global banking partners.
• Negotiate banking fees and services.
• Stay informed about new banking products and services.
• Oversee bank account administration, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
• Implement and maintain efficient cash concentration and disbursement processes.
• Manage client funds in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, with a strong focus on safeguarding and segregation principles.
• Identify and assess foreign exchange exposures.
• Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate FX risk.
• Monitor FX rates and market trends.
• Analyse the impact of FX fluctuations on the company's financial performance.
• Assist with the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
• Support the Head of Treasury in other treasury-related tasks as assigned.
