Product Engineer

Requirements:

• Proven experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Python, React, Next.js, MySQL, Django, and Git (or similar technologies).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new frameworks as needed.
• At least 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in agentic technology.
• Prior experience in an agile, fast-moving AI startup or product environment where you served as a lead technical resource.
• A strong understanding of AI-driven product development, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications.
• Bonus: Experience working with AI voice agent technology.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of new product initiatives—from the initial 0 → 1 phase of prototyping and iterating on AI-driven products, to refining and scaling them into production-grade systems.
• Develop, test, and iterate prototypes quickly, incorporating real user feedback while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Balance this rapid experimentation with the discipline required for building scalable and reliable systems.
• Design and maintain scalable system architectures that support current product demands and anticipate future needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are both robust and efficient.
• Engage in data-driven experimentation to identify technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Be a workhorse who is relentlessly driven to build agentic technology that can drive societal change.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to ensure seamless integration of new features and innovations.
