Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a financial services environment.
• Business Architecture experience
• Experience writing complex user stories
• Strong familiarity and experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and Waterfall project management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and other project management tools.
• Experience performing UAT functions
• Solid experience creating process flows
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Utilize JIRA and other tools to manage and track project progress effectively.
• Work in a "wagile " environment, seamlessly transitioning between Agile methodologies and Waterfall approaches as required.
• Leverage your financial services experience to provide valuable insights into industry-specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes, systems, and objectives.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation for both business and technical requirements leveraging tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Work with development teams to assure requirements are understood and implemented appropriately.
• Assist in validating features and functions as they are delivered from the development teams.
• Participate in the development and refinement of financial models by providing expertise in writing requirements for these models.
