Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in information technology roles, such as software development, systems engineering, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Exposure to discovering and producing reference architecture diagrams for various IT domains (e.g., networking, server, identity, cloud).
  • Exposure to enterprise-level projects that involve multiple stakeholders and complex technology environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, containerization, or other modern IT architectures is an advantage.
  • Foundational Enterprise Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and architectural methodologies.

  • Security & Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of security principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices in system design.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gathering and interpreting business and technical requirements, translating them into conceptual and logical architecture designs.
  • Maintain architecture diagrams and documentation, ensuring consistent updates and version control.
  • Support the creation of technology roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with senior enterprise architects to refine architecture standards and best practices.
  • Participate in architecture review boards to evaluate technology proposals, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and governance.
  • Provide feedback on emerging technologies and solutions, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
  • Research and evaluate new tools, platforms, and architectural patterns that can improve performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Assist in creating proof of concepts (POCs) for potential solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams during the evaluation process.
  • Help define integration strategies and approaches for systems, applications, and data, ensuring seamless operations across the enterprise.
  • Contribute to the enforcement of architectural guidelines, policies, and governance models to maintain compliance and reduce risks.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to incorporate security-by-design principles, zero-trust frameworks, and data protection requirements into architecture plans.
  • Support regular architecture assessments and audits, recommending improvements to meet security and regulatory obligations.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with the overarching architecture vision and guidelines.
  • Provide architecture-related guidance to project teams, assisting in issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in solution delivery.
  • Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • Contribute to presentations, workshops, and training sessions that foster a culture of architectural awareness and collaboration.
