Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Subject matter expert, superuser, or administrator experience with cloud software products, ideally in the financial/operational space
Strong analytical skills

Essential – proven experience working in a remote environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual and automated testing, including in-app click paths and UI validation, to ensure our products perform flawlessly.
Organize and execute test plans, document results in the Qase platform, and ensure testing timelines are met.
Identify errors, provide detailed reports to developers, and track issue resolution using JIRA.
Work closely with the QA Manager, Product Owners, and other team members to align on timelines and next steps.
Participate in refining and enhancing our testing methodologies to keep our products at the top of their game.
