Responsibilities:
  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts through targeted outreach.
  • Qualify customer needs and schedule product demonstrations with Expansion Account Executives.
  • Consult with clients to expand product usage and drive adoption through tailored solutions.
  • Educate and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for meetings set, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Develop and execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and advance opportunities.
  • Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies and contribute to the Sales Playbook.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, market trends, and sales best practices.
