Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client needs
• Willingness to obtain LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) if not already certified
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and their families
• Self-motivated with a drive for success in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently and effectively in the field
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss and understand their final expense insurance needs
• Provide advice on appropriate life insurance products that align with clients’ goals
• Guide clients through the application process with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with clients
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed on industry standards and products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
