Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer contact, project management or in a comparable role.
  • Sovereignty and enjoyment of direct exchange with customers – you find solutions and manage projects in a targeted manner.
  • Structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working – you enjoy actively contributing to the success of our customers.
  • You present persuasively, conduct customer discussions at eye level and master even challenging situations with ease – in German and English.
Responsibilities:
  • You manage and support our mid-market and enterprise customers from implementation to long-term success.
  • You plan and conduct kickoff meetings, workshops, and regular touchpoints to develop our customers strategically.
  • You design and create training and introductory materials so that our customers can optimally use Flip.
  • You provide valuable customer feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product and thus actively drive the further development of our solution.
  • You have a feel for up and cross-selling potential and thereby create additional value for our customers.
  • You contribute your own ideas, take responsibility for internal projects and help to further develop our Customer Success processes.
