Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization with data scientists, engineers, and product designers leading the strategy and execution of analytics products for healthcare (or a regulated industry) or HR analytics
  • Successfully shipped B2B2C products that have driven high win rates, user satisfaction, and engagement
  • Experience meeting directly with customers to deep-dive on requirements, present roadmaps, and demo product functionality
  • Experience building products for the enterprise, developing compelling roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing
  • An outstanding track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy and roadmap for a product area, and consistently delivering on KPIs
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for our customer data and analytics portal to deliver impactful insights and data visualizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across HR Leaders, Payer Benefits Leaders, and buyers of Spring Health services.
  • Understand the end-to-end journeys of members and providers within Spring Health and the broader behavioral health ecosystem to inform impactful data and reporting solutions.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on customer feedback and data.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of Spring Health data and analytics early and often in customer engagements.
  • Advocate for customer-focused solutions that enhance their experience while improving operational efficiencies for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal teams (strategy, sales, marketing, data science, and engineering) to identify and address key customer pain points.
  • Present data-driven insights on the competitive landscape and user behavior to inform product decisions.
  • Own and drive the product development lifecycle, from defining product requirements and writing user stories to sprint planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and launch high-quality solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Optimize and refine product development processes to ensure timely delivery of impactful features.
