• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
• Strong desire to develop a career in sales and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health License (LLQP) if not already licensed
