- Design and execute a scalable startup program, including tailored offerings, pricing models, and structured onboarding processes to support high-growth AI startups.
- Oversee the startup application and deal pipeline, identifying and onboarding promising startups that align with Nebius’ strategic objectives.
- Develop playbooks, case studies, and training materials to educate both startups and VCs on how to effectively leverage Nebius’ platform.
- Plan and work with community manager on executing startup-focused events, campaigns, and strategic ecosystem initiatives in collaboration with VC partners to drive awareness and engagement.
- Monitor trends in the AI and VC ecosystem, leveraging insights to refine engagement strategies and enhance Nebius’ positioning.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as startup acquisition, activation rates, and revenue contribution to ensure measurable impact.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and solutions architect teams to align efforts, ensure seamless execution, and optimize startup adoption strategies.
