Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or technical sales, with at least 5 years in the startup or VC ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of VC and startup ecosystem, investor business models, startup development and growth opportunities
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with venture capital firms to drive Nebius’ adoption within their portfolio companies and strengthen its presence in the startup ecosystem.
  • Design and execute a scalable startup program, including tailored offerings, pricing models, and structured onboarding processes to support high-growth AI startups.
  • Oversee the startup application and deal pipeline, identifying and onboarding promising startups that align with Nebius’ strategic objectives.
  • Develop playbooks, case studies, and training materials to educate both startups and VCs on how to effectively leverage Nebius’ platform.
  • Plan and work with community manager on executing startup-focused events, campaigns, and strategic ecosystem initiatives in collaboration with VC partners to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor trends in the AI and VC ecosystem, leveraging insights to refine engagement strategies and enhance Nebius’ positioning.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as startup acquisition, activation rates, and revenue contribution to ensure measurable impact.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and solutions architect teams to align efforts, ensure seamless execution, and optimize startup adoption strategies.
