• Deep expertise in machine learning and generative AI.

• Experience with MLOps, including model lifecycle management.
• Prior experience in AI-driven personalization or large-scale NLP models.
• Experience leading AI research and development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning and generative AI models.
• Oversee high-impact AI and ML initiatives.
• Act as a technical authority, providing guidance to applied science teams.
• Design and evolve AI and applied science roadmap.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
• Lead research efforts on emerging AI tools and techniques.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Expand MLOps capabilities.
