Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
• Interest in developing a career in insurance and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Proficient with basic computer applications and technology
• Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health License (LLQP) if not already licensed

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in discussions to understand their life insurance needs
• Introduce and explain various life insurance products to meet client needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance management capabilities
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to develop effective sales strategies
• Prepare for future leadership roles by learning team-building and management skills
