Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, organize and update tracking of all digital communications
  • Ability to develop a detailed project plan and maintain a project management system that tracks progress, identifies risks, and ensures that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents regarding analyzed success metrics for digital communications
  • Provide oversight for all digital communications campaigns and programs for the Patient Experience team
  • Author and update standard operating procedures associated with the digital communications process
  • Work with leadership to provide support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Establishes ongoing working and collaborative relationships with other departments, outside vendors and call centers that directly impact the overall patient experience.
  • Continues to seek new and creative technologies and implements procedures that help identify and guide improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
