• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly desirable
• A strong desire to excel in sales and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and virtual communication tools
• Life and Health License required or willingness to obtain (training support available)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their life insurance needs
• Recommend the most applicable products and assist clients in the decision-making process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of service
• Participate in ongoing training programs to hone your management skills
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Mentor and support fellow team members as you grow into a leadership role
