Requirements:
  • 3~4 years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, etc.)
  • Fluency with Sales Operations practices and tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Deep comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, BigQuery) and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, MBA is a plus
  • Fully fluent in English
Responsibilities:
  • Work cross functionally with leaders from operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth progression of priority projects
  • Track and analyze the impact of key data capture efforts across all markets and segments globally.
  • Report on the shape of data
  • Shepherd GTMS
  • Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials (memos, business reviews, and executive presentations).
  • Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
