- Requires multiple years experience of delivering Risk specific roles, with Rail experience additionally.
- Project Management/Risk Specific qualifications desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Periodic workshops for LOC/PCA level 1 & 2 projects, allowing Project Managers to provide an update on key risks / opportunities
- Quarterly reviews of RAID logs for LOC/PCA level 3 & 4 projects
- An updated Risk Register each Period in ARMS
- Summary slides for the PBR on key risk / opportunities identifying mitigation actions
- Mitigation Plans for key projects using BowTie analysis to identify critical threats, events, mitigations, and consequences
- Quarterly QCRA and QSRA analysis
- A tracker identifying estimated savings achieved through mitigation
- Upskill project teams in Risk Management techniques and processes
