Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality visual assets
• Focus on interaction design, creating intuitive interactions
• Ability to create prototypes for rapid testing and iteration
• Experience with methods like user journey mapping and jobs-to-be-done as an input to design decisions
• Experience in planning, conducting, interpreting, and synthesizing user research
• Experience driving usability research and customer interviews, conducting competitor and industry analysis, and guiding discovery and ideation—designing concepts, and setting the design direction for your product space

Responsibilities:

• Explore User Needs: Use research and quick experiments to design experiences that meet real user needs.
