Requirements:
- Native Chinese and upper-intermediate (B2 level) English.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience with live chats and emails.
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
