Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in compliance advisory and monitoring within a consumer credit firm, ideally in a BNPL environment.
• Experience in a UK regulated environment, preferably related to consumer credit.
• Ability to deliver working knowledge of the latest regulatory changes.
• Knowledge of FCA regulatory reporting systems such as Connect and Reg Data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Compliance Director to optimize Affirm's offerings and support compliance tasks.
• Manage the firm's regulatory compliance reporting and application portals.
• Provide timely updates on applications and reporting obligations.
• Identify reporting anomalies and assist with data for regulatory returns.
• Oversee the Appointed Representative (AR) framework and ensure due diligence.
• Review financial services marketing materials for compliance.
• Collaborate with departments like Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Product.
• Develop compliance training and maintain reference materials.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape and suggest action steps.
