Requirements:

• Fluency in English and experience as a lawyer in key European target markets (France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, or Italy).
• Law degree with active legal practice licenses.
• 7-10 years of experience in consumer business, online platforms, or healthcare law.
• Experience with privacy, regulatory inquiries, and marketing law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on non-US data privacy compliance.
• Implement international marketing and consumer protection laws.
• Ensure compliance with health and telehealth regulations.
• Manage employee and contractor legal requirements.
• Provide corporate structuring advice and oversee registrations.
• Handle litigation matters and regulatory inquiries.
• Negotiate and draft various legal agreements focusing on data security.
