Requirements:

• Fluency in English and legal experience in key European markets.
• Law degree with active licenses to practice law.
• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience in consumer business, online platforms, or health care.
• Experience with privacy, regulatory inquiries, and marketing law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Advise, track and implement policies and procedures for non-US data privacy compliance.
• Implement marketing and consumer protection laws for international markets.
• Ensure adherence to health/telehealth regulations.
• Draft contracts for employees and contractors.
• Provide advice on corporate entity structuring.
• Manage litigation matters and coordinate regulatory inquiries.
• Negotiate and draft various contracts focused on compliance with applicable laws.
