Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product designer or UX designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design expertise.
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience delivering high-quality designs and collaborating with developers.
• Strong visual design skills, including graphic design and typography.
• Experience conducting user interviews and incorporating feedback.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end UX design process for our telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create design solutions.
• Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system.
• Partner with product managers and developers for successful design implementation.
• Design complex prototypes using Figma, incorporating feedback.
• Provide design insights and recommendations to improve usability.
• Conduct user interviews and testing to inform design decisions.
• Build relationships within teams to collaborate on product features.
