• Track record guiding teams to prioritize metrics-driven decisions, especially with marketing stakeholders.
• Experience balancing speed of execution with technical excellence in consumer products.
• Ability to solve end-to-end problems from client applications to backend infrastructure.
• Experience technically leading across multiple teams on complex optimization challenges.
• Comfortable in cross-functional teams dealing with ambiguity and assisting others in resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a Senior Engineering Manager supporting the collective and provide technical leadership across multiple squads and ~20 engineers.
• Collaborate with product, data and operational leaders to identify and execute on opportunities aligning with the organisation’s goals.
• Oscillate between high-level planning and hands-on execution.
• Lead architectural discussions for complex systems to arrive at robust solutions.
• Maintain high standards for technical excellence, mentor and support fellow engineers.
