Responsibilities:
  • Possess a deep understanding of the IT personas, including their pain points, motivations, decision-making processes, and buying behaviors.
  • Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and narratives tailored to IT audiences, emphasizing Dropbox's security, compliance, and scalability benefits.
  • Collaborate with PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new and existing Dropbox solutions targeting IT audiences.
  • Build sales enablement materials (e.g., storybooks, pitch decks, FAQs) that help Sales and Customer Success teams engage IT buyers effectively.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and solution briefs that speak to IT’s unique needs and demonstrate Dropbox’s value.
