Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate experience in loan review, credit analysis, and credit underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Federal and State credit extension laws.
• Sound understanding of credit and collateral risk, internal controls, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, auditing, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with skills in leadership and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with leadership and stakeholders to identify and assess key risks and controls for credit.
• Completing non-complex loan reviews to evaluate credit quality and administration.
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies, Federal and State regulations, and sound fiscal operations.
• Providing direct, continuous review of the loan portfolio and assessing documentation.
• Making recommendations for improvement and evaluating lending processes.
