Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, agribusiness, or a related field.
• Expert-level experience in investment fund management, commercial lending, or credit analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Rural Business Investment Program laws and regulations.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and CRM programs.

Responsibilities:

• Leads, directs, and manages the development of Compeer’s investments in Rural Business Investment Company.
• Provides creative solutions to RBIC opportunities and fund management leadership across the Farm Credit System.
• Manages a $100+ million RBIC fund portfolio.
• Maintains relations with Limited Partners and General Partners, and attends annual RBIC meetings.
• Develops negotiation strategies, leads marketing efforts, and collaborates on legislative efforts.
