• 2-3 years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere.
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
• Strong communication skills to articulate the company's vision and adapt to changes.
• Business fluent in both Italian and English.
• Ability to execute in a fast-changing environment with agility and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and detail-oriented.
• Experience working for distributors is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source new prospects.
• Nurture, cross-sell, and upsell existing MSP partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute sales plays.
• Build local relationships to drive results.
• Achieve partner sourced revenue targets.
