  • Drive improvements across the user journey, using data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and UX to build and optimize growth loops, user onboarding, and engagement features.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between product-led and GTM initiatives.
  • Define and track key growth metrics, creating dashboards and reports to communicate progress to executive leadership.
