Requirements:

- Optimise websites for usability, performance, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Design user interfaces and craft user experiences for web platforms and internal tools using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for development handoff.
- Design and build HTML email templates for client campaigns, ensuring compatibility across major email clients.
- Test emails thoroughly for responsiveness and adherence to client brand guidelines.
- Support email-related troubleshooting and quality assurance.
- Provide design support for internal marketing materials, including social media visuals, infographics, presentations, and sales materials.
