Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in computer technology or IT related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressing IT experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sysadmin role.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux servers, complex applications, Microsoft Exchange/365, PowerShell, IIS, Active Directory, and Nutanix.
• 1-3 years broad knowledge of deploying and maintaining virtual environments.
• 2-4 years experience with IP networking and network security.
• 1-2 years in setting up automation for effective Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, build, automate, test and implement projects assigned by the COE or functional lead.
• Support resolving operation issues in a holistic manner.
• Participate in the On Call rotation.
• Handle multiple demands and competing priorities while ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide work estimates for planning.
• Triage and mitigate operational issues.
