- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance platform partnerships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and gather client feedback.
- Ensure alignment between client goals and internal priorities.
- Translate complex concepts into concise narratives for various audiences.
- Partner with internal teams to create SOPs for scaled platform management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to anticipate client needs.
- Engage cross-functional teams to grow Affirm’s platform footprint.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in changing environments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products to support clients.
