Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5–7 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in senior or leadership roles.
• Experience in managing ABM or B2B campaigns effectively, particularly within remote teams.
• Proficiency in multi-channel marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and build on the company’s ABM strategy, ensuring targeted campaigns engage enterprise prospects.
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns for lead generation, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Directly lead and motivate a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure alignment with branding and launch-related tasks.
• Manage the marketing budget and present campaign metrics to senior stakeholders.
