Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or other customer facing technical role where you owned key technical relationships.
- Comfort reading code in at least two programming languages.
- Confident discussing technical web development concepts.
- Engineering managers respect your opinion on technical approaches.
- A creative approach to complex integrations and problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a deep command of the written word.
- Successful track record in retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
- Strong project management skills, capable of influencing internal and external partners.
- Requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary technical lead over a set of key merchants within a vertical or like category.
- Build trust with technical counterparts and foster long-term relationships with merchant partners.
- Project manage and provide technical guidance for new merchant integrations and post-launch initiatives.
- Work with the Commercial team on overall account strategy based on business goals.
- Demonstrate technical expertise to increase product adoption.
- Identify product gaps and conduct requirements gathering with merchants.
- Resolve critical technical issues and coordinate efforts across multiple departments.
