• Five years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience managing or leading small product design teams.
• Experience building enterprise software for security or developer experience.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows for user experience.
• Enjoys collaborative work with a remote team.
• Values feedback and commitment to learning.
• Understands the importance of team culture.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn about HashiCorp products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage designers, their priorities, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop strong domain understanding of Vault.
• Enable product designers through research and validation.
• Partner with engineers on component feasibility.
• Foster team happiness and productivity.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and collaborations.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize features.
