Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-computer Interaction, computer science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role.
• Strong empathy for user needs.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design principles.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing tools, and analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, business development, and sales to align user-centric solutions with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct user research through interviews and surveys to understand user behavior and needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement of user experience.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and act as the voice of the user in discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers for design feasibility and provide specifications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and design UI elements.
