Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on platform or SaaS products.

• Strong understanding of Property Management Systems and their role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and best practices for platform scalability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executing product roadmaps.
• Analytical skills using data for informed product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-scale property management solutions or software.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the roadmap and development of features for mid-sized and large properties.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to prioritize features.
• Manage calculations of taxes, fees, and financial elements for various booking scenarios.
• Ensure scalable, accurate, and efficient solutions for diverse customer bases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize platform performance.
• Translate property needs into actionable requirements and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver features on time.
• Define success metrics and use data for continuous platform improvement.
