Staff Technical Enablement Specialist - New Products

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, technical enablement, or data/AI technical-adjacent roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale training and enablement solutions in a Tech or Data/AI company for a technical audience.
• Understanding of processes associated with technical platform-as-a-service sales.
• Proficiency in foundational Data/AI concepts and the Lakehouse Architecture is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop a comprehensive FE enablement strategy in partnership with cross-functional leaders, AEB FE, and Sales leadership teams.
• Ensure FE teams are proficient in product knowledge, technical product enablement, and industry positioning.
• Work cross-functionally to build high-quality materials that drive measurable results.
• Define and track quarterly KPIs to quantify the impact of Enablement.
• Design scalable programs and share best practices across business units.
