Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in a similar analytics role, preferably in advertising.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python for querying mid to large data volumes.
- Higher education in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Knowledge or experience in digital product development.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles for experiment design and analysis.
- Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) with experience in tools like Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown.
- Experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in FMCG/CPG analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Measure the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and establish KPIs for performance.
- Design new KPIs to assess advertising campaigns.
- Build data processing pipelines for Looker Dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic initiatives for market challenges.
- Use first-party data for custom user segments and audience capabilities.
- Create segmentation criteria for advertising relevance.
- Integrate APIs with Ads buying platforms.
- Support local teams with centralized dashboards for FMCGs Sales.
- Enhance how local teams consume and share data with brands.
- Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to address product and business challenges.
