Requirements:
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles with a steady progression toward owning relationships for large complex accounts.
  • Management consulting, customer success, or account management experience required.
  • Prior direct sales experience or being part of a revenue-driving customer success team is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for large, complex accounts, managing both formal engagements (recurring weekly ‘syncs’, QBRs, etc.) and informal contacts.
  • Managing a high volume of customer deliverables such as strategic growth plans, support requests, contracts, data & metrics analysis.
