- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- 1 year experience in .NET Core MVC Framework.
- Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs.
- Ability to reproduce reported issues.

Responsibilities:
- Answer support calls and document new issues in the feedback log.
- Attend daily morning meetings with developers to stay updated on app changes.
- Assist in testing items developed after release into the test environment.
- Document bugs or defects and report them to developers.
- Monitor feedback logs for new feedback daily.
- Reproduce reported bugs or issues and document reproduction steps.
- Prepare requirements for enhancements after discussions with management.
- Communicate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues.
