Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in enterprise software, SaaS, or Security.
- At least 5+ years of experience working with or selling to the US government.
- Deep understanding of public sector personas and effective marketing strategies for government and educational institutions.
- Proven track record of implementing creative marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Ability to execute multiple concurrent events with effective communication and logistics.
- Experience working with channel and strategic partners for program execution.
- Strong analytical skills to guide decision-making using KPIs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Create localized demand generation strategies integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities.
- Identify and drive various hosted event formats such as CxO events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Manage external vendors and sponsorship opportunities based on market reach.
- Lead campaign reporting and ensure success metrics are tracked and analyzed.
- Own the lead lifecycle to maximize conversions and drive regional revenue.
