• Strategize, draft and negotiate enterprise-level partnership agreements, channel/reseller agreements, and SaaS and services agreements.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to structure and review commercial agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team by providing timely legal support.
• Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and processes around commercial transactions.
• Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external counsel as required.
